칼릴 로렌초 왓슨(2003년 4월 16일 출생)은 마이애미 말린스 조직의 미국 야구 유격수다.말린스가 뽑은 2021년 메이저리그 드래프트 1라운드에서 선발됐다.
경력
왓슨은 노스캐롤라이나주 웨이크 포레스트에 있는 웨이크 포레스트 고등학교에 다녔다.[1][2]그는 야구와 축구를 병행했다.1학년 때 왓슨은 3할8푼9리, 홈런 2개, 타점 22개, 도루 17개를 기록했다.2학년 때 그는 .578의 타율과 6개의 홈런, 23타점, 26개의 도루를 기록했다.[3]2021년에는 4학년 때 5할 13푼 6리의 홈런을 쳤다.[4]그는 노스캐롤라이나 주립대학에 대학 야구를 하겠다고 약속했다.[5]
