세파스 루미나

세파스 루미나는 잠비아의 변호사 겸 인권 전문가다.2008년부터 2014년까지 그는 유엔 인권이사회에서 임명한 "외채 및 기타 미국의 관련 국제 금융 의무가 모든 인권, 특히 경제적, 사회적, 문화적 권리의 완전한 향유에 미치는 영향에 대한 유엔 독립 전문가"로 활동했다.^[1]그는 아르헨티나 변호사 후안 파블로 보호브슬라브스키에 의해 계승되었다.^[2]

그는 메리트(잠비아), 국제인권법 LLM(영국 에식스), 국제인권법 박사(호주 그리피스대), 국제인권학 석사학위(핀란드 아카데미대)를 소지하고 있다.

He is an Advocate of the High Court for Zambia and an Extra-Ordinary Professor of Human Rights Law at the University of Pretoria, and has served as a Visiting Professor at the Raoul Wallenberg Institute of Human Rights and Humanitarian Law at Lund University in Sweden, a Visiting Lecturer at Makerere University in Uganda and as a consultant to the유엔, 국제개발법기구, 캐나다 국제개발청, 스웨덴 국제개발협력청, 남 아프리카 오픈소사이어티 구상, 남 아프리카 인권신탁, 변화를 위한 여성, 탄자니아 고등법원.그는 인권, 인도주의법, 상법, 법률교육 등을 집필하고 강의했다.국제인권법 검토 및 국제인도법 아프리카 연감 편집위원도 맡고 있다.
