브렌다 쿠퍼(Brenda Cooper, 1960년 8월 12일 출생)[3][4]는 워싱턴의 커크랜드시에 거주하는 작가 겸 미래학자로서[1], [2]커크랜드시의 최고정보책임자다.그녀는 래리 니븐과 함께 다양한 단편 소설을 공동 집필했으며 10편의 소설을 썼다.[5]

브렌다는 캘리포니아 주립 대학교인 풀러턴에서 교육을 받았으며 그곳에서 경영 정보 시스템에서 BA를 취득했다.그녀는 또한 Southern Maine 대학의 프로그램인 StoneCoast에서 MFA를 추진하고 있다.
