개요
이 잡지는 미국 워싱턴주 시애틀의 자전거 분기별 출판사에서 발행하고 얀 하이네가 편집한다. 그룹 '랜든너어스 USA'에 따르면 바이크 쿼터리는 "특히 알렉스 싱어, 르네 헤르스 같은 프랑스 자전거 등 경량급 클래식 자전거 전용 출판물"이다.[2] Marie Outrey는 2009년 Bicycle Times 기사에서 "Bicycle Quarterly"를 "일부 인류학 저널, 부분 엔지니어링 텍스트"[3]라고 묘사했다.
대부분의 잡지와 달리 바이크 쿼터리는 구독료로 자금을 조달하고 있으며 광고도 거의 포함하지 않는다.
