아유무(침팬지)

Ayumu (chimpanzee)

아유무(Ayumu, 2000년 [1]4월 24일 ~ )는 교토 대학 영장류 연구소에 살고 있는 침팬지이다.그는 침팬지 아이(Ai)의 아들로 유아기부터 침팬지 [2]인지 이해를 위한 연구 프로젝트인 '아이 프로젝트'에 참여해 왔다.Ayumu는 Ai Project의 일환으로 터치식 컴퓨터 [4]화면에 표시되는 숫자의 순서를[3] 기억하는 등의 일련의 단기 기억 작업에 참여했다.그의 업무 수행은 비교적 훈련을 받은 대학생들보다 우수했고,[6] 어린 침팬지가 성체 [5]인간보다 더 나은 업무 기억력을 가지고 있다는 결론에 도달했지만, 이것은 논란이 되고 있다.
