Asharh (Bengali: আষাঢ় āshāḍh, Odia: ଆଷାଢ଼ āsāḍha) is the third month of the Bengali and Odia calendars[1][page needed] and the Nepali system of the Hindu calendar.[2] 우기를 구성하는 두 달 중 첫 번째로, 현지에서는 "바르샤"(벵갈리: বর্ষাাাা b Bôrsha, 네팔리: वर््ा Bôrsha, Odia: ବ୍୍ଷଷଷ bars Barsa)로 알려져 있다.[3] 방글라데시판 벵골 달력에 따르면, 이 날은 31일이 있는 해의 첫 5개월 중 하나이다.[4] 인도판 벵골 달력에서 이 달은 최대 32일을 가질 수 있다.[5]

어원

우타라샤다(Bengali: উতাাষ়়়াাাাা utা ut ut ut ut Uttôrashahaha)의 이름으로, 궁수자리(Sagittarius)와 동일시된다.[4]

오디아 문화

오디아에는 ମଳ maା ḷa ma ma maza (부정하다는 뜻)라고 하는 추가 아사다(Asadha)가 있는 반면, 추가 아사다(Non-extra Asadha)는 오디아: ଶiaଦଶ୍ଧ sud sud 수다(Odia)라고 한다.[1]: 87
