2014년 제헌 국회의원 선거는 2014년 [1]2월 20일 리비아에서 실시되었다.2013년 [2]10월 6일 제헌의회 선거 후보 지명이 시작되었으며,[3] 2013년 11월 11일부로 의원 후보 등록이 종료되었다.총회는 리비아 3개 지역에서 각각 20명씩 구성될 예정이다.트리폴리타니아, 키레나이카, 페잔.[2]위원회의 업무는 2014년 3월부터 2014년 [4]7월까지 계속될 것으로 예상된다.2011년 8월 이전에 집권한 국가과도위원회에 의해 제출된 헌법선언서에는 의회 자체가 위원회를 임명할 것이라고 명시되어 있었다.그러나 GNC([5]General National Congress)는 대신 헌법위원회에 대한 개인 선정을 위한 선거를 실시하기 위해 투표를 했다.헌법위원회는 헌법을 제정할 것이며,[6] 헌법은 국민투표에 부쳐질 것이다.2014년 1월 초 현재 [7]SMS로 등록된 유권자는 1001,910명이다.

선거법

GNC는 2013년 2월 13일 [9]선거법 초안을 작성하기 위해 3인 위원회를 임명했다.트리폴리타니아, 키레나이카, 페잔 등 리비아 역사지역을 대표하는 위원 3명이며 13개 [9]선거구에서 각각 1명씩 참여하는 자문위원회도 지원을 받을 예정이다.

캠페인

14명의 투우 후보가 선거에 [10]출마하기 위해 등록했지만, 베르베르족과 투우족에 의해 선거가 보이콧되고 있다.테부 국회는 4월에 [11]의석 출마를 선언했다.

일부 지역의 재경선은 투표일에 [1]어려움이 있어 2014년 2월 26일에 실시해야 했다.2014년 4월 26일 테부 5석, 2014년 5월 3일 오바리 2석 선거도 실시되어 아마이 6석이 [11]미해결되었다.

결과.
