챠이쿠마는 터키 흑해 지역에 있는 종굴닥 성의 읍·면이다. 시장은 뷔렌트 칸타르코(CHP)이다. 차이쿠마의 인구는 11만5000명이지만 중심 인구는 2만1300명이다. 챠이쿠마는 Zonguldak과 터키에서 요구르트로 잘 알려져 있다.
