행정 구역에 속하는 또 다른 구역은 알 아프자 메사이에드다.[1]

2010년 인구조사를 기준으로 이 지역은 주택[3] 3,318채와 452개 업소로 구성되어 있다.[4]이 구역에는 3만 5천150명이 살고 있었으며, 이 중 97%는 남성이었고 3%는 여성이었다.주민 3만5천150명 중 91%가 20세 이상, 9%가 20세 미만이었다.식자율은 99.8%[5]에 그쳤다.취업자가 전체 인구의 86%를 차지했다.여성은 노동인구의 1%를 차지했고, 남성은 노동인구의 99%를 차지했다.[5]
