Wogs Out of Work는 닉 지안노풀로스, 사이먼 팔로마레스, 마리아 포르테시가 쓴 호주의 희곡이다.
1987년 멜버른 국제코미디페스티벌에서 데뷔해 수년간 순회공연을 하는 등 엄청난 성공을 거두었다.[1]원작 배역으로는 닉 지안노풀로스, 사이먼 팔로마레스, 조지 카피니아리스, 메리 쿠스타스가 출연했다.베테랑 영화와 TV 감독인 Marc Gracie는 이 영화의 원감독이었다.
이 쇼의 성공은 TV 시리즈 아크로폴리스 나우에[2] Wog-A-Rama, Wogboys, Who Let the Wogs Out?, Star Wogs,[3] Il Dago를 포함한 많은 유사한 코미디 영화들과 영화 The Wog Boy and Wog Boy 2: Mykonos의 왕들로 이어졌다.[4][5]
