벨라 만
Vella Gulf
벨라 만(Vella Gulf)은 솔로몬 제도의 서부 지방에 있는 수로다.북서쪽으로는 벨라 라벨라 섬, 남동쪽으로는 콜롬방가라 섬, 남쪽으로는 기조 섬 사이에 놓여 있다.뉴조지아 사운드("The Slot")를 북동쪽으로, 솔로몬 해를 남쪽으로 연결한다.
제2차 세계대전의 솔로몬 제도 유세 중, 벨라만 전투는 1943년 8월 6-7일 밤 일본 제국 해군과 미국 해군의 구축함 사이에서 연합군의 승리로 이곳에서 치러졌다.
