오리건주 포틀랜드 북서쪽에 위치한 트리니티 플레이스 아파트는 국립역사유적지 등록부에서 인정받고 있다.[4]
4만6000제곱피트(4300m2) 규모의 이 건물은 지진 발생 위험이 높은 비보강 조적조 건물로, 몇 년 동안 단계적으로 130만 달러의 전체 내진 개보수를 받아 2017년 완공됐다.[5]
