티나 미온

Tina Mion

티나 미온(Tina Mion, 1960년 8월 26일 출생)[1]은 미국의 현대 미술가로, 오일 페인트와 파스텔에서 활동하고 있다.[2]그녀는 아리조나주 윈슬로우에 살고 있는데, 그곳에서 그녀와 그녀의 남편이 라 포사다라는 그녀의 미술품의 상당 부분이 전시되어 있는 지역 호텔이다.[3][4]

인생

미온은 워싱턴 D.C.에서 태어났고, 그곳의 박물관에 가서 자랐다.[2]그녀는 뉴햄프셔의 화가 시드니 윌리스와 견습 생활을 했고, 미술 학교에 다녔지만 졸업 전에 중퇴하고 대신 스리랑카와 인도로 갔다.[2][5]

예술

1996년 미온의 '가상 선거' 프로젝트는 42명의 미국 대통령을 비롯한 몇몇 유명 인사들의 52장의 초상화 세트와 방문객들이 그들 중 투표할 수 있는 웹사이트로 구성되어 있다.[2]이 시리즈는 여러 대통령 도서관에서 상영되었고, 그녀는 나중에 대통령 부인들의 초상화 시리즈를 추가했다.[5][10]
