타임 앤 조수 벨은 영국 조각가 마커스 베겟트와 호주 종 디자이너 닐 맥라클란이 영국 해안 지역에 설치한 종으로 구성된 예술 프로젝트다.[1]첫 번째 것은 2009년 데본의 애플도어에, 일곱 번째 것은 2019년 6월 링컨셔의 메이블도프에 배치되었다.2021년 현재 최소 6개의 종을 추가로 설치할 계획이며 2018년 국민복권유산기금에서 확보한 기금으로 총 16개의 종을 설치할 수 있게 된다.[2][3]

각각의 종은 만조 무렵에 울린다; 그 종은 기후 변화로 인한 해수면 상승이 그들의 벨소리의 패턴을 변화시킬 것이라는 것을 상기시켜준다.21세기에 종들 중 일부를 옮겨야 할 가능성은 얼마든지 있다.
