티쿠니아(Tikunia)는 인도 우타르프라데시 주 라힘푸르 케리 지구의 나가르 판차야트다. Khairatiya 마을은 동쪽의 Tikunia에서 약 10km 떨어져 있다.
위치
티쿠니아는 네팔의 경계에 매우 가깝고, 주민들은 네팔에 쉽게 접근할 수 있다.[1]
역사
2021년 티쿠니아 지역의 반비르푸르 마을 인근 티코니아-반비르푸르 도로에서 라힘푸르 케리 학살 사건이 발생했다.[2][3] BJP가 이끄는 유니온 정부가 통과시킨 3대 농법에 대한 농민들의 항의시위 중 차량총격 공격과 폭도 린치 사건이었다. 2021년 10월 3일 인도 우타르프라데시주 라힘푸르 케리 지구의 티쿠니아에서[4] 발생한 사고로 8명이 숨지고 10명이 다쳤다. 시위대 4명과 기자 1명이 차에 치여 숨졌고, 그 후 이어진 폭력으로 다른 3명이 사망했다.[5][6] 이 사건에 대한 두 건의 최초 정보 보고(FIR)가 티쿠니아 경찰서에 접수되었다.[7]

티쿠니아는 주 수도 럭나우에서[8] 188km, 라힘푸르 케리에서 84.4km 떨어져 있다. 티쿠니아는 주 고속도로 21(SH21)에 이어 도로로 도달할 수 있다.
티코니아-반비르푸르 도로는 티쿠니아와 반비르푸르 마을을 연결한다.[9]
티쿠니아는 기차역이 있고 기차나 UPSRTC 버스 서비스를 통해 쉽게 갈 수 있다.

The father and son were walking together along with hundreds of other farmers to their houses when the jeep came from behind and ran over many of them. In quick succession, two other vehicles, a Scorpion and Fortuner, followed it crushing all those who were already seriously injured and lying on the ground.
