The Think Exchange: 삶에 대한 저항 극복 선정적인 삶은 데이비드 프리드먼이 2011년에 출간한 자조책이다. 끌어당김의 법칙에 대한 대응으로,[1] 긍정적인 사고 기법과 자조서는 그 사람이 자신의 신체적 감각을 인지하고 기꺼이 경험하지 않는 한 효과가 없다고 주장한다.[2] 이 책은 또한 우리가 감각과 생각을 알아채고 세상을 경험하는 보이지 않는 '아바타'라는 것을 암시한다.[3] 이 책은 2011년 4월 투데이 쇼에서 홍보되었다.[4][5] 사상교류에 언급된 방법들은 미국 전역의 뉴사상교회에서 프리드먼에 의해서도 가르친다.[6]
