《Still Cyco After All This Years》는 1993년 발매된 미국의 크로스오버 스러시 밴드 《자살적 경향》의 일곱 번째 스튜디오 앨범이다. The album is composed of re-recorded songs from the band's 1983 debut album, Suicidal Tendencies, re-recordings of "War Inside My Head" and "A Little Each Day" from the band's second album, Join the Army, and "Don't Give Me Your Nothin'" which was previously released as a B-side to "Send Me Your Money".
이 앨범은 1989-90년 라이트 때 녹음되었다.카메라...레볼루션! 1983년 자살 경향의 자칭 데뷔 앨범에 수록된 곡들이 담겨 있었다. Mike Muir는 다양한 로열티와 출판 문제로 자살 경향의 데뷔 앨범을 발매한 독립 레이블인 프론티어 레코드에 화가 났다.[1] 뮤어에게는 데뷔곡 재발매권이 없었기 때문에 대신 에픽레코드를 통해 발표곡을 재녹음했다.
"Institutionalized"와 "I Saw Your Mammy"로 발매되었다. 뮤직 비디오는 "Institutionalized"와 "War Inside My Head"(이전 1990년 VHS Lights에서 사용 가능...)를 위해 만들어졌다. 카메라... 자살충동.
