찌꺼기가 든 칩

스크랩이나 반죽 비트는 튀김의 부산물로 튀김기에 남겨진 튀김 반죽의 조각으로, 칩의 반주로 제공된다.[1] 영국의 몇몇 생선 가게와 칩 가게에서는 전통적으로 칩과 함께 무료로 제공되지만,[2] 어떤 곳에서는 스크랩에 대한 요금을 부과하기도 한다.[2][3]

용어는 지역에 따라 다르다. 영국 북부 일부 지역에서는 그것들을 비트 또는[4] 더브라고 부르고,[citation needed] 서부 국가에서는 그들은 그리블이라고 알려져 있다.[citation needed]
