Sarah Jayne[1] Bell FICE CEng는 University College London(UCL)에 있는 Bartlett School에 기반을 둔 환경공학 교수다.그녀는 도시 수도 시스템에서 일하며 UCL 엔지니어링 거래소의 이사다.

조기생활과 교육
