레이먼드 스튜어트 켈빈 CBE(Raymond Stuart Kelvin CBE, 1955년[2] 12월 11일 북런던 출생)[3]는 소매 의류 소매업체 테드 베이커의 설립자 겸 전 최고경영자(CEO)[4][5]이다.11세[6] 때 엔필드에 있는 삼촌의 남성복 가게에서 일하기 시작했으며 1988년 글래스고에 남성 셔츠 전문점을 개업하면서 테드 베이커 브랜드를 설립했다.[7][8]

조기생활과 교육

유대인인 켈빈은 런던 북부 에드먼턴에서 자라 JFS에서 교육을 받았다.[9][10][7]

수상

켈빈은 2007년 배스 대학에서 명예 경영학 박사학위를 받았다.[11]2011년 신년 영예에서는 패션 산업에 대한 서비스를 위해 대영제국 훈장(CBE)에 임명되었다.[7][12]

사생활

켈빈은 여배우 조지아 슬로우와 6년 동안 결혼했다가 1999년에 이혼했다.그들에게는 아들이 둘 있다.2012년 3월 켈빈은 두 번째 아내 클레어와 결혼했는데,[13] 클레어는 딸을 두고 있다.[14]

괴롭힘 혐의

한 전직 직원은 2018년 테드 베이커 인사과에서 확인되지 않은 지원 부족으로 2,000명의 서명을 받아 포옹을 끝내고 직원들과 부적절한 활동을 한 것으로 추정되는 탄원서를 작성했다.[5][17]2018년 12월 7일 켈빈이 회사에서 자진 휴직할 것이라고 발표되었다.[18]2019년 3월 4일, 내부 독립 위원회 조사에 이어 켈빈이 사임했으며, 테드 베이커에게 즉각적인 효과를 가져다 줄 것이라는 발표가 있었다.[19][20]
