역사

풀라스키는 원래 라파예트라고 불렸다.[2]주(州)[2]에 또 다른 라파예트가 존재한다는 사실이 알려지자 반복을 피하기 위해 풀라스키(Pulaski)로 명칭을 바꾸었다.풀라스키(Pulaski)라는 우체국은 1837년에 설립되어 1914년까지 계속 운영되었다.[3]현 이름은 미국 독립 전쟁 군인인 카시미르 풀라스키 백작에게 경의를 표한다.[2]
