Polyptychus affinis는 1903년 Walter Rothschild와 Karl Jordan에 의해 처음 기술된 Spingidae과의 나방이다.시에라리온에서 콩고, 우간다, 케냐 [1]서부에 이르는 숲의 해발 6,000피트(1,800m)까지 알려져 있습니다.
