펜 애슬레틱 클럽 조정 협회(Penn Athletic Club Roing Association, 흔히 펜 AC로 알려져 있음)는 펜실베이니아 주 필라델피아의 역사적인 보트하우스 로에 있는 #12 보트하우스 로에 위치한 아마추어 조정 클럽이다.펜 AC는 1871년 웨스트 필라델피아 보트 클럽으로 설립되었다.[2]펜 AC는 존 B 때부터 미국 국가대표팀을 만들려는 엘리트 로울러들의 목적지였다. 켈리 시니어는 그의 전 클럽인 베스퍼와 싸운 후 펜 AC에 입단했다.[3][4]
