페이즐리는 캐나다 앨버타 주 에드먼턴 남서부에 있는 미래의 이웃이다. 이웃의 분할과 개발은 2011년 8월 29일 에드먼턴 시의회에서 채택한 헤리티지밸리 12 근린지역구조계획(NASP)이 안내한다.[6] 이웃 지역은 에드먼턴 국제 프린지 페스티벌의 창립자인 브라이언 페이즐리의 이름을 따서 2012년에 공식적으로 명명되었다.[7][8]
Paisey는 헤리티지 밸리 지역 내에 위치하며, SCDB(Heritage Valley Serviceing Concept Design Brief) 내의 원래 헤리티지 밸리 인근 지역 12번지였다.[9]
