오르타코위(Ortaköy)는 터키 중부 아나톨리아 지역에 있는 악사라이 성의 읍·구로, 악사라이 시의 북쪽에 위치한다.2000년 인구조사에 따르면 이 지역의 인구는 58,873명이고 이 중 2만6,961명이 오르타케이에 살고 있다.[3][4]이 지역은 725km2(280평방미터)의 면적을 차지하고 있으며,[5] 평균 표고는 1,140m(3740피트)이다.
