그 열아홉 Articles[3](중국인들 간이:十九信条, 전통적인 중국:十九信條), 19일 메이저조의 좋아 신앙의 Constitution[4](宪法重大信条十九条)에 짧고 또한 독트린 나인틴 Articles,[5]19기초적 Articles,[6]다 헌법 document,[7]와 고인이 된 청 dynasty,[8]의 공포되는 유일한 헌법이라고 알려져 있다청 gover에 의해1911년 11월 3일. [9]

19조의 목적은 영국식 내각책임제를 확립하고, 청나라 정부를 입헌군주제로 개편하는 것이었다.[10] 이 조항들은 황제의 권력을 억제하고 의회의 권력을 확대했다.[11]
