NGC 381은 카시오페이아자리 북쪽 별자리에 있는 산개 성단으로, [3]태양으로부터 약 3,120광년 떨어져 있습니다.이 성단의 발견에 대한 공적은 캐롤라인 허셜이 1787년에 동생 윌리엄이 주었지만, 그녀는 실제로 이 [7]성단을 본 적이 없을지도 모른다.
