로구아나는 남부 말리의 시카소 지역에 있는 쿠티알라의 세르클레에 있는 시골 코뮌이다.주요 도시는 레레니에 있다.이 공동체는 면적이 118평방킬로미터에 이르며 5개의 정착지를 포함하고 있다.[3]2009년 인구조사에서 인구는 9,105명이었다.[2]코뮌의 행정중심지(체프-리유)인 레레니 마을은 쿠티알라에서 동쪽으로 25km 떨어져 있다.
