파구이는 남부 말리의 시카소 지방에 있는 쿠티알라 서클레에 있는 코뮌이다.이 공동체는 면적이 504 평방 킬로미터에 이르며 9개의 마을을 포함한다.[3]2009년 인구조사에서 인구는 11,800명이었다.[2]코뮌의 행정중심지(체프리유)인 지에나 마을은 쿠티알라에서 남서쪽으로 45km 떨어져 있다.
