쿠우니아나는 남부 말리의 시카소 지역에 있는 쿠티알라의 세르클레에 있는 마을이자 코뮌이다.그 공동체는 79평방킬로미터의 면적에 2개의 정착지를 포함하고 있다.[3]2009년 인구조사에서 인구는 3,294명이었다.[2]코뮌의 행정중심지(체프리유)인 코우니아나 마을은 쿠티알라에서 북동쪽으로 45km 떨어져 있다.
