Leacanabuile은 아일랜드 케리 카운티에 있는 석조 고리 포트(카셀)이자 국립 기념물이다.[3]Leacanabuile은 Cahergal에서 바로 북서쪽으로, Cahircivelen에서 북서쪽으로 3km(1.9mi) 떨어져 있다.[4]
역사
캐셸은 AD 9세기경 방어용 농장 건물로 지어졌다.[5]
아일랜드 이름은 "우유장소의 언덕 쪽"[6]을 의미한다.
이 유적지는 1939-40년에 발굴되었는데, 발견된 물건들은 AD 9세기 또는 10세기의 철제 칼과 핀, 뼈 빗, 청동, 맷돌, 납 등이었다.[7][8]
설명
Leacanabuile은 내경 30m(98ft)의 원형 스톤 링포트(주의)로, 외벽이 높이 2m(6ft 7in) 이상, 두께 3.3m(11ft) 이상이다.[9]가파른 풀밭 경사면에 의해 삼면이 보호되어, 입구는 동쪽에 있다.[10]그것은 잔해로 가득 찬 틈새로 건석들로 지어졌다.[7][11]
안에는 돌벌집 세 채와 수터레인 한 채가 있다.[12]
