자이 빔
Jai Bhim
자이 빔(대체로 제이 빔 또는 자이 빔; "빔의 승리", "빔의 장수" 또는 "하일 빔"으로 표기함)은 인도의 학자, 사회 개혁가, 인도 헌법의 최고 설계자인 빔라오 람지 암베드카르의 추종자들이 사용하는 슬로건과 인사말이다. 자이 빔은 문자 그대로 B. R. 암베드카르를 가리키는 "Bhim에게 승리"를 의미한다.[1] 자이 빔은 바바셰프 암베드카르의 충실한 추종자 바부 L. N. 하르다스(1904년– 1939년)에 의해 착상, 개발되었다.[2] 그러나 그 기원은 불명확하고 암베드카르가 태어나기 훨씬 전인 1818년까지 거슬러 올라갈 수도 있다.[3]
자이 빔은 바우잔 사마지당(BSP)이나 인도 공화당(RPI) 같은 일부 정당에서 슬로건으로 불리기도 한다.[4][5][6]
대중문화
암베드카르 자얀티 축제와 선거집회 중 나렌드라 모디 인도 총리가 자이 빔과 함께 시민을 맞이하고 있다. 모디는 암베드카르에게 조공을 바치고 '자이 빔' 슬로건을 올린 뒤 연설을 시작했다.[7][8][9][10]
'자이 빔'의 의미는 암베드카르에게 바쳐진 2021년 타밀 영화 '자이 빔'에 설명되어 있다. 라고 쓰여 있다.
