제이콥 넬리스 농가는 뉴욕 몽고메리 카운티의 넬리스톤에 위치한 역사적인 집이다.1830년대에 지어졌으며, 북쪽에 3칸의 지하 1칸의 연장이 있는 직사각형의 1칸짜리 5칸짜리 석조 건물이다.그 집은 그리스 부흥 양식으로 되어 있다.또한 그 사유지에는 19세기 작은 헛간과 20세기 다층 큰 헛간이 있다.[2]
