버웰의 모던캐시백화점으로도 알려진 네브래스카주 버웰의 허브빌딩은 1906년에 지어졌다.그것은 2006년에 국가 사적지에 등재되었다.[1]

지하실이 꽉 찬 계획으로 약 50~80피트(15m×24m)의 3층 건물이다.그것의 벽은 돌로 보이는 녹슨 콘크리트로 지어졌다.주석 이태리테 스타일의 코니스를 가지고 있으며, "1906/H.J. Courn"이라고 새겨진 파라펫이 있다.[2]

허브빌딩의 공간은 1914년에 완공된 버웰 카네기 도서관을 건설하기 위한 지역사회의 노력을 지원하면서 지역사회의 도서관이 임시로 사용하기 위해 기부되었다.[3]
