위계 이론
Hierarchy theory위계 이론은 모든 요소들 간의 관계가 매우 복잡한 생태계를 연구하는 수단이다. 계층 이론은 조직 수준과 규모의 문제에 초점을 맞추고, 시스템의 정의에서 관찰자의 역할에 특정한 초점을 맞춘다.[1] 이 맥락에서 복잡성은 시스템의 본질적 속성을 가리키는 것이 아니라 관찰자의 사전 분석적 선택에 따라 시스템을 비균등적으로 여러 가지 방법으로 나타낼 수 있는 가능성을 가리킨다. 계층 이론은 전체 구조를 분석하는 대신 계층적 수준의 분석과 그 사이의 상호작용을 말한다.
