HD 156768은 아라의 남쪽 별자리에 있는 이중 별이다.더 밝은 성분은 G8Ib/II의 별 분류를 가진 진도 6의 밝은 거성 또는 초거성 별이다.[4]진도 9.6의 동반자는 위치 각 184°[3]를 따라 1.81°의 각이 분리되어 있다.
