역사
GPS가 영업을 시작한 첫날은 2012년 10월 19일, 42개의 버거킹 프랜차이즈를 사들였다.[3][4]
2015년 7월 21일 GPS는 "미치건의 가장 큰 멀티 브랜드 레스토랑 그룹" 중 하나인 "팀 쇼스탁 패밀리 레스토랑"에서 60명의 버거킹스를 구입하여 노나미 인베스트먼트와 재정적으로 제휴했다.[5][6]
GPS는 2016년 7개[4] 유닛으로 포페이스 루이지애나 키친스의 프랜차이즈가 됐고 전략레스토랑스 인수공사(SRAC) 홀딩스로부터 버거킹스 194개를 더 사들였다.미시시피, 앨라배마, 플로리다, 아칸소 등지에 추가 지점이 생기면서 GPS는 버거킹의 입지를 424대로 늘렸다.[1]
2017년 6월 8일, GPS는 조지아에 있는 11개의 Popyes Louisiana Kitchen을 추가하여, 웨스트 버지니아에 이미 체인점이 있는 GPS를 포함하여 총 19개까지 추가했다.[7]
버거킹은 2018년 11월 13일 GPS에 '올해의 글로벌 프렌차이즈' '북미 프렌차이즈' '금관왕' 등 3개 상을 수여했다.[8]
2019년, GPS는 75개의 피자헛 가맹점을 인수하여 거의 500개의 프랜차이즈 레스토랑에 그들의 포트폴리오를 가져왔다.[9][10]이번 인수로 GPS는 2022년까지 10억 달러의 매출을 달성할 수 있었다.[11]
