폴렛츠(Folletts)는 미국 아이오와주 클린턴 카운티에 있는 비법인 공동체다.왓시피니콘 강 북쪽 둑에 있는 292번가와 카운티 고속도로 Z36의 교차로에 위치해 있다.셰프턴에서 서쪽으로 1마일, 맥카우스랜드에서 동쪽으로 3마일 떨어져 있으며 41.750099N, -90.35490W이다.[1]
역사
페리 서비스는 윌리엄 폴렛에 의해 1837년 웁시피니콘 강에 설립되었다.1884년 폴렛츠 우체국이 설립되었고, 1933년에 단종되었다.[2]폴렛트의 인구는 1902년 48명,[3] 1925년 50명이었다.[4]
대공황 때까지 폴렛은 시카고, 록아일랜드, 태평양 철도의 중요한 무역 정류소였다.[5]
