파티마 지보 시디커우는 나이지리아 외교관이다. 미국과 제네바 유엔사무소에서 다양한 외교직을 두루 거친 그녀는 현재 니제르의 세네갈 주재 대사를 맡고 있다.

경력

시디커우는 1983년 외교부에 처음 입사했다.[1]

2002년부터 2012년까지 그녀는 미국 니제르 대사관에서 일했는데, 그곳에서 그녀는 최초의 상담사와 차르제 수프리스트로 일했다.[1][2] 그녀는 또한 2007년부터 2012년까지 유네스코에서 니제르를 대표하도록 도왔다.[1]

그녀는 2012년 니제르의 목회자 협회의 회장이 되었다. 이듬해 농업생산자를 지원하는 농촌법령 상설사무국(상설사무국)의 리더십을 이어받았다.[3]

시디커우는 2015년 제네바 유엔사무소에 니제르의 상임대표로 임명됐다.[1] 그녀는 또한 스위스, 오스트리아, 리히텐슈타인 주재 나이지리아 대사를 동시에 역임했다.[1][4]

사생활

풀라니족인 시디커우는 니제르 북부의 목회자 공동체 출신이다.[3] 그녀는 동료 외교관 마만 삼보 시디커우와 결혼했다.[9][10] 그들에게는 두 아이가 있다.[11]
