엔드캐핑

Endcapping

크로마토그래피에서 엔드캐핑(endcapping)은 접근 가능한 실란올 그룹을 트리메틸실릴 그룹에 의해 접합된 정지 단계에서 교체하는 것을 말한다.엔드캡 기둥은 엔드캡이 없는 기둥에 비해 잔류 실탄올 그룹 활성도가 훨씬 낮다.[1]엔드캡이 있는 기둥은 이온화 베이스와 같은 수소 결합 수용기의 보유가 감소하고 양성자 베이스의 보유가 증가함을 보여준다.[2]
