드미트리 세르게예비치 첼카크(Dmittry Sergeevich Chelkk) (ммр ирр ирчччч;;;;;;;, 1979년 1월 레닌그라드에서 출생)는 러시아의 수학자다.

첼탁은 1995년 상트페테르부르크 주립대를 졸업하고 2000년[1] 졸업장을 받아 2003년 상트페테르부르크의 스테클로프 연구소에서 박사학위를 받았다.[2]2000년에 그는 하이델베르크에서 오일러 장학금을 받았고 후에 포츠담에서 장학금을 받았다.상트페테르부르크에 있는 스테클로프 연구소의 선임연구원으로 2004년부터 2010년까지 상트페테르부르크 주립대학에서, 2010년부터 2014년까지 체비셰프 연구소에서 강사로 활동하기도 했다.2014~2015년 ETH 취리히에서, 2015~2016년 제네바에서 초빙교수를 지냈다.[1]

그의 연구는 2차원 격자모형에서 임계, 특히 통계역학의 Ising 모델에 대한 일치불변성을 다루고 있는데, 이 모델에서는 필즈 메달리스트 스타니슬라프 스미르노프와 함께 비판에서 보편성과 일치불변성을 보였다.첼탁은 또한 스펙트럼 이론, 특히 1차원 미분 연산자의 역 스펙트럼 문제에 대한 연구를 한다.[1]

1995년 그는 국제수학올림피아드에서 금메달을 땄다.2004년에 그는 성인의 "젊은 수학자" 상을 받았다.페테르부르크 수리 학회.2008년 그는 모스크바에서 피에르 들랭 상을 받았다.2014년에 그는 세일럼 상을 받았다.[1]2018년 리우데자네이루에서 열린 국제수학자대회에 초청된 연사로, 토크 플라나르 이싱 모델을 비판적으로, 즉 최첨단과 관점으로 강연했다.[3]
