Chotpoti (Bengali: চটপটি Côṭpôṭi), is a Bengali street food mostly popular in Bangladesh and West Bengal, along with other urban areas.[2][1][3][4] 쵸토포티(hotpoti)라는 단어는 '스파이시(spicy)'[5]로 번역된다.

이 요리는 주로 감자, 병아리, 양파로 이루어져 있으며, 보통 추가적인 자른 칠리나 삶은 달걀을 위에 얹는다.[5] 다른 흔한 토핑으로는 타마린드 처트니, 고수 잎, 쿠민, 바삭바삭한 퓨리가 있다.[4][5] 맛은 맵고 신맛이 나며, 주로 맵게 나온다.[1][2][6]
