단순 카멜라로도 알려진 카멜라 주식회사는 필리핀에 있는 주택과 부지와 콘도미니엄 개발업체다.[1] 매니 빌라르와 제휴한 비스타그룹의 계열사인 비스타랜드의 대표 자회사다.[2][3]

역사

카멜라는 마누엘 B에 의해 설립되었다. 1977년 8월 빌라 주니어. 빌라는 시골 은행으로부터 7년 동안 저금리를 제공하는 대출을 받은 후 첫 프로젝트인 라스피냐스의 카멜라 홈즈 1단계와 2단계에서 빌딩과 매각을 시작했는데, 초기에는 160대가 사용되었다.[4][5] 이 회사는 당시 통상적인 관행이 미래의 주택 소유자들이 지을 수 있도록 제지를 파는 것이었을 때 국내 주택과 롯트 패키지 개발의 선구자가 되었다. 이는 대규모 사업 개발로 인한 비용상의 이점을 활용하여 대규모의 규모의 경제를 통한 대규모 주택사업을 시작하게 되었다. 카멜라는 그 이후 이 나라에서 가장 큰 주택 건설 회사가 되었다.[6][7]

어콜라데스

카멜라는 리더스 다이제스트로부터 2012년부터 2017년까지 부동산 개발에서 아시아의 신뢰할 수 있는 브랜드로 인정받았다.[8][9][10][11][12][13]

2016년 카멜라의 카멜라 팔라완 리조트가 필리핀 부동산 어워드에서 선정한 '최고의 주택개발'에 선정됐다.[14]
