미국 아이오와 주 시더 래피드의 칼더 하우스는 1868년에 지어진 역사적인 집이다.이 두 집은 1851년 뉴욕주에서 시더 래피즈로 이주한 찰스 칼더에 의해 지어졌다.[2]그는 부동산과 토지 투기에 관여했고 1890년 사망 당시 그는 도시에 상당한 양의 부동산을 보유하고 있었다.그 집들은 2층 정면 격납 주택이다.벽돌 구조물은 돌기둥 위에 지어졌다.그들은 시더 래피즈에서 가장 오래된 집들 중 하나이다.그 집들은 1978년에 국가 사적지에 등재되었다.[1]
