브렛 매튜스는 미국의 만화와 텔레비전 쇼 작가다.Matthews는 1999년에 웨슬리안 대학을 졸업했다.그는 뱀파이어 슬레이어 버피, 엔젤, 반딧불이와 같은 텔레비전 쇼에서 조스 웨던의 조수였다.[1]게다가 그는 반딧불 에피소드 Heart of Gold의 대본을 썼다.2004년에 그는 "Direct to DVD" 애니메이션 영화 "The Chronicles of Riddick: Dark Fury"의 각본을 썼다.
