위클리프의 네 번째 및 코트 거리에 위치한 발라드 카운티 법원은 켄터키 주 발라드 카운티의 정부 중심이다.법정은 1900년부터 1905년까지 건설되었다.위클리프 최초의 상설 법원이었고 1880년 전소된 블랑드빌의 법원을 대체했다.건축가 제롬 B.레그는 법원을 설계했다. 그의 디자인은 건물 꼭대기에 팔각형의 큐폴라, 입구의 세 개에 걸친 이오닉 포르티코스와 양쪽에 중앙 정자를 배치했다.[2]

법정은 1980년 2월 27일 국가 사적지에 추가되었다.[1]
