아로팔라 아가바는 인도에서 태국, 랑카위,[1] 인도차이나, 말레이시아 반도에서 필리핀, 수마트라까지 볼 수 있는 작은 나비이며, 리케니드 또는 블루스과에 속한다.이 종은 1862년 윌리엄 채프먼 휴이슨에 의해 처음 기술되었다.
