AmeriSpeak

AmeriSpeak은 미국 전역의 가정에서 응답한 설문 조사 응답자들의 국가 대표 패널이다. 2014년 미국 시카고대 NORC가 만든 AmeriSpeak 회원들은 새로운 소비재와 서비스, 시사, 정부 프로그램, 건강관리, 미디어 이용, 정치 사회적 이슈 등 다양한 주제에 대한 설문조사를 한다.[1][citation needed]

멤버십

AmeriSpeak 멤버십은 미국 가정의 단면을 대표할 수 있도록 초대하는 것에 한한다. AmeriSpeak은 과학적으로 무작위로 회원들을 주소별로 선정하고, 그 주소지에 살고 있는 성인들과 청소년들을 초대하여 참가하게 한다. 회원은 전화나 인터넷으로 설문조사를 등록·참여할 수 있으며, 참여 시 현금과 동등한 보상을 받을 수 있다.

방법론

AmeriSpeak은 확률 기반 패널로, 응답자가 0이 아닌 선택 확률을 가지고 있다는 것을 의미한다. AmeriSpeak 가구는 NORC가 자금을 지원하고 관리하는 영역확률 표본인 NORC National Frame에서 추출되며, 일반사회조사 및 소비자재정조사 등 여러 NORC 연구에 사용된다. NORC의 국가 프레임은 USPS 배송 시퀀스 파일을 보완해 99% 이상의 샘플 커버리지를 제공하도록 설계됐다.
