아젠차 아르티슈티크즈나 MTJ(Agencja Artystyczna MTJ)는 토마스 부작(Tomasz Bujak)과 마키에즈 플루치스키(Maciej Pluciński)가 1990년 설립한 폴란드 독립 음반 회사다.[1]

1990년대에 자회사인 메가씨자드 마녀가 발매한 록과 헤비메탈 앨범을 운영했다.다른 자회사들로는 디스코 폴로 지향의 블루 믹스와 Mawe MTJ 마녀가 발매한 어린이 음악이 있다.
