3 Vulpeculae(약칭 3 Vul)[9]는 북쪽 Vulpecula자리에 있는 쌍성계로 [2]태양에서 약 360광년 떨어져 있습니다.3 Vulpeculae는 Flamsted라는 명칭입니다.공전 주기가 1년에 가깝고 하루 [5]가까운 주기로 박동하기 때문에 일부 천문학자들은[10][5] 이를 '관찰자의 악몽'(또는 라틴어 자유역명 Spectatori Error Inextricabilis)이라고 부른다.이 별은 겉보기 등급 5.18의 [3]희미한 청백색 별처럼 육안으로 볼 수 있다.

주성분인 A는 B6 [4]III 등급의 B형 주계열성일[7] 가능성이 높다.이 별은 천천히 맥동하는 B형 [5]별로 확인되었으며, 변광성 명칭은 V377이다.이 별의 질량은 태양의 4.16배이며[5] 유효 온도 14,343 [5]K의 광구에서 태양의 286배의[7] 광도를 방출하고 있다.두 번째 별의 태양 [5]질량은 약 0.6–1.1이다.
